We take pride in the quality of every engraving we produce. This policy explains when refunds and replacements are available.
Item arrived damaged or defective. Engraving is significantly different from approved design. Order never arrived (lost in transit).
Custom orders once engraving has begun. Change of mind after production starts. Slight variations inherent to the laser engraving process.
If you receive a catalog design order and it arrives damaged or the engraving quality does not meet reasonable expectations, we will offer:
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery confirmation. Claims submitted after this window will not be accepted.
Custom orders are non-refundable once engraving has begun, as the work is personalized and cannot be resold.
However, if your custom order arrives with a defect or the engraving is materially different from the design you approved, we will re-engrave at no cost or issue a refund at our discretion.
This is why we confirm every custom design with you before starting production.
If your package arrives visibly damaged:

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Due to the nature of our product (laser-engraved firearm accessories), we do not accept physical returns. All claims are handled through refunds or replacements without requiring the item to be shipped back, unless otherwise agreed.
