Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website or placing an order. By accessing our site or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Important: Mafioso Mags provides laser engraving services only. We do not sell firearms, ammunition, or regulated components. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that use of our services complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

1. Nature of Service

Mafioso Mags offers custom laser engraving services on firearm accessories including Glock-compatible magazines. We engrave customer-supplied or customer-approved designs onto existing accessories.

We do not manufacture, sell, or transfer firearms or regulated components.
We are not licensed firearms dealers (FFL).
We are not affiliated with Glock Inc. or any firearm manufacturer.
Services are available to customers within the United States only.

2. Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order, you confirm and agree that:

You are 18 years of age or older.
You are the legal owner of any firearm accessory submitted for engraving.
Use of our engraving services is legal in your state and locality.
You will not use our services to alter, deface, or remove legally required markings from any firearm or component.
Any custom artwork or design you submit does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are processed through Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor. By placing an order you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Catalog designs are priced at $85 USD per magazine.
Custom designs are priced at $95 USD per magazine.
Prices are in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes.
Payment is required before work begins on any order.
Bulk discount pricing is available for 3 or more magazines — contact us for details.

4. Turnaround and Shipping

Standard turnaround is 2–3 weeks from order confirmation.
Rush orders may be available — contact us before placing your order.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail within the United States only. Free shipping on all orders.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS or circumstances outside our control.

5. Custom Design Orders

For custom orders:

After submitting your request and payment, we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm design details.
Work begins only after design approval from the customer.
Submitting copyrighted or trademarked designs (logos, brand marks, etc.) is your responsibility. We reserve the right to decline any design at our discretion.
Custom orders are non-refundable once engraving has begun.

6. Intellectual Property

All original design work, branding, and creative assets on this website are the property of Mafioso Mags. You may not reproduce, copy, or use our branding without written permission.

Customer-submitted artwork remains the property of the customer. By submitting artwork, you grant us a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of completing your order.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mafioso Mags shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for damage to accessories during the engraving process beyond normal wear resulting from the laser process itself. In rare cases where damage occurs, we will work with the customer to find a resolution.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

Engrave illegal markings or content on any firearm component
Remove, alter, or obscure any legally required serial numbers or manufacturer markings
Produce content that is illegal, threatening, or promotes violence

We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Mafioso Mags operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
